The line is engineered to run PVC Film, BOPP Film, Polyester Film, Poly Film, Plastic Film without changeover trouble. In one continuous pass it unwinds the jumbo roll, slits it into narrow lanes with a knife (cutter) assembly and rewinds each lane under controlled tension. Working width 500–2500 mm, jumbo roll capacity up to 1000 kg, dispatched pan-India in 4–6 weeks after factory testing.
