About this machine
Yogi Engineering Works's Thermal Paper Slitting Rewinding Machine slits ATM, POS and billing (thermal) paper jumbo reels into finished till rolls. Built on an MS plate heavy-duty structure, it has a roll width of 500–1000 mm, a 3 HP AC motor with AC digital frequency drive (auto start/stop, length counting meter, speed-adjustable sensor, emergency stop) and an automatic slitting system. Jumbo roll capacity is up to 200 kg with a mechanical brake for unwinder tension and a 12 mm rewinding shaft for easy paper-core loading and unloading. An automatic pneumatic system is available for a fully automatic machine. Rewinding speed is 100 MPM; machine weight ~800 kg; three phase.
