About this machine
Yogi Engineering Works's Self-Adhesive Tape & Paper Industries Coating Plant & Machinery is built on an MS plate heavy-duty structure and processes polyester-BOPP film, foam and PVC (tape coating) as well as paper, paper cup, thermal, sublimation, release and wax paper (paper coating). Maximum roll width is 1000–1350 mm standard (customisable), with a coating chamber from 30 ft to 90 ft length and a choice of pellet, diesel or electrical heating. The line includes drum roller, knurling roller, aluminium guide roller and banana rubber roller assemblies, an AC motor with AC digital frequency drive control panel (start/stop, length counting meter, speed sensor, emergency stop), jumbo roll capacity up to 1000 kg, auto tension control and an optional single-colour printing attachment. High-speed 3-drive / 4-drive systems are available; rewinding speed 30 to 100 MPM.
