Yogi Engineering Works's Web Guiding System is a heavy-duty web aligner unit driven by a hydro-pneumo power pack, ensuring proper web alignment for clean rewinding and finishing of your roll. The system includes a cylinder, motor, power pack, oil tank, air filter and air pipe, an SRA-TRA guide-roller assembly, an unwinder system with aluminium guide roller assembly, a cylinder with trolley, a mechanical shaft with chuck-nut-bearing and a mechanical brake system. Supplied as a complete unwinder trolley with web aligner / web guide, configurable to your line.
