About this machine
Yogi Engineering Works's Stretch Film Slitting Rewinding Machine converts jumbo stretch and cling film into finished hand rolls and machine rolls. Built on an MS plate heavy-duty structure with an automatic pneumatic design, it has a maximum roll width of 1000 mm and jumbo roll capacity of 200 kg. The line uses one drum roller, an aluminium guide roller and one nip rubber roller, a 3 HP AC motor with digital AC frequency drive (auto start/stop, length counting meter, speed sensor, emergency stop) and a slitting system with 5 cutters. One mechanical shaft feeds the unwinder jumbo roll and four mechanical shafts (25 mm × 2 and 76 mm × 2) handle the finished rewind rolls, driven by a heavy-duty chain drive. Rewinding speed is 80–100 MPM.
