About this machine

Yogi Engineering Works manufactures a complete range of rubber rollers and industrial rollers — mainly by a moulding process under high hydraulic pressure, which ensures a compact microstructure for longer life and durability, plus excellent rubber-to-metal contact that reduces bonding failure and air entrapment. An electronic temperature controller ensures uniform curing over the entire roll length. Dies and moulds are available in the diameter range of 15–110 mm and length range of 100–1100 mm; larger rolls are produced in an autoclave under steam pressure. Every roller below is built to your drawing, compound and application — covering textile, packaging, flexo & gravure printing, paper mill, plywood, plastic and converting lines.
