The workhorse slitting rewinding machine for any flexible packaging, converting or roll-to-roll plant — slitting jumbo rolls into precise, edge-perfect smaller rolls. Manufactured by Yogi Engineering Works in Ahmedabad, the Slitting Rewinding Machine is built on an MS plate heavy-duty structure with a precision cutter (knife) slitting assembly, AC digital frequency drive and mechanical brake tension control. It supports 500–2500 mm working widths, jumbo rolls up to 1000 kg, roll diameters up to 1000 mm and rewinding speeds of 150 MPM (up to 300 MPM optional), in drum, center-shaft or surface (double-drum) winding configurations. It processes paper, board, film, foil and fabric — including BOPP, PET, PVC, LD, metalized film, aluminium foil and laminated paper. Each Slitting Rewinding Machine is factory-tested before dispatch, delivered pan-India in 4–6 weeks and backed by on-site commissioning and lifetime spares support.

Drum Type Slitting Rewinding Machine
The most popular configuration — a friction drum drives the finished roll from the surface. Best for paper, board and thick laminates where surface-speed rewinding gives tight, even rolls.
Center Shaft Slitting Rewinding Machine
Finished rolls are wound on a central shaft with individually controlled tension per slit lane. Ideal for BOPP, PET, PVC and thin films where precise, flutter-free winding is critical.
Surface / Double Drum Slitting Rewinding Machine
Two contact drums cradle the roll from below for uniform surface-pressure winding across the full width. Suited for non-woven fabric, stretch film and soft laminates.
