Manufactured by Yogi Engineering Works in Ahmedabad, the Surface Slitting Rewinding Machine is built on an MS plate heavy-duty structure with a precision cutter (knife) slitting assembly, AC digital frequency drive and mechanical brake tension control. It supports 500–2500 mm working widths, jumbo rolls up to 1000 kg, roll diameters up to 1000 mm and rewinding speeds of 150 MPM (up to 300 MPM optional), in drum, center-shaft or surface (double-drum) winding configurations. Best suited to film, paper and laminated materials requiring tight, hard rolls. Each Surface Slitting Rewinding Machine is factory-tested before dispatch, delivered pan-India in 4–6 weeks and backed by on-site commissioning and lifetime spares support.
